Key Personnel
Francis (Frank) J. McKenna, Jr., President of Care Environmental Corp., personally sets-up and starts-up new operations. He is an acknowledged expert in material documentation, employee right-to-know, emergency response and hazardous waste transportation and disposal. Mr. McKenna is the liaison with regulatory agencies and is responsible for all site inspections performed by Federal, State and local agencies, as well as personnel training.
Care Environmental Corp. maintains a staff of OSHA-trained personnel, including chemists, environmental technologists and technicians who possess not only high-level expertise, but are dedicated to preserving the integrity of the environment. Detailed resumes are available. Key individuals include:

The combined experience of the principals of Care Environmental in the hazardous waste industry totals more than 66 years. Care's President, Mr. Francis J McKenna, Jr., has been working full time in the hazardous waste field since 1984.
